Ritu Malhotra is an experienced professional in business development and recruitment within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Business Development at IQVIA since July 2024, Ritu leads efforts in FSP and staff augmentation for key areas such as Biostatistics and Clinical Data Management. Previously, Ritu was a Recruiting Manager at Green Key Resources from April 2013 to July 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing full life cycle recruitment and business development for various client needs. Earlier career experience includes roles as Senior Clinical Research Recruiter and Staffing Operations Specialist at the same company, along with a position as Campus Sales Representative at Kaplan Test Prep. Ritu holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Health Administration from the University of Central Florida.
