At The Org, I own company-wide operations across Revenue Operations, Data, Customer Support, and Business Operations, supporting growth, retention, and the scalability of our data platform. Over four years, I progressed from early researcher to executive leadership, partnering closely with founders and cross-functional leaders to translate strategy into execution.
I built and led a 10-person internal team and a 20-person global outsourced workforce during the company’s growth phase, driving automation, cost efficiency, and operational scale. More recently, I’ve led operations through a lean post-restructuring phase, maintaining core business functions with a streamlined execution model.
My work has focused on scaling accurate, reliable data operations and building automation that supports business growth, alongside KPI development and executive reporting to ensure leadership has the visibility needed to make informed decisions.
