Courtney Eaton Turner serves as the Managing Editor at the International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI) since December 2025, having previously held significant roles including Chief of Donor Relations and Philanthropy at Semper Fi & America's Fund from July 2014 to November 2025, and Membership Engagement & Special Projects Manager at IPMI from October 2018 to December 2019. Prior experience includes Director of Business Development at Special Counsel (2005-2006), Law Clerk for The Honorable Barry Ted Moskowitz at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California (2004-2005), and Attorney at K&L Gates (2000-2005). Earlier in the career, Courtney held the position of Legal Assistant at Covington & Burling from 1996 to 1998. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law (1998-2001) and a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University (1992-1996), with pre-college education at Santa Catalina (1988-1992).
