Radhika Khanna is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Intel Corporation since July 2020, bringing extensive experience from IBM, where Radhika served in multiple roles including Human Resources Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Benefits Design & Strategy Lead from May 2016 to July 2020. An early-career internship was completed at IBM in June 2015, preceded by an analyst position at PwC India from April 2012 to January 2014. Radhika holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Vellore Institute of Technology (2009-2012), along with a High School Diploma from the International Baccalaureate (2007-2009).
