Daisy Pollenne is a highly experienced research professional currently serving as a Research Associate at INSEAD, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion through the Gender Initiative while managing a project on gender equality and well-being in business academia funded by EU-Horizon 2020. Previously, Pollenne worked as a Researcher and Project Manager at Dares - ministère du Travail, where contributions included designing survey data related to work programs for refugees and conducting interviews on their integration. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Assistant and Consultant at LEARNING AVENUE, conducting evaluations in education, and performing human rights research for Amel Association International. Pollenne is pursuing a PhD in Social Anthropology at the University of Oxford and holds a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Social and Political Sciences from Sciences Po.
