Vicky Hilton is the Global Human Resources Director at Informa Festivals, where they currently lead HR initiatives. Previously, Vicky held several HR and buying roles, including Global Head of HR at Ascential, HR Business Partner at JUST EAT, and HR Manager at Tesco PLC. Vicky began their career as a Category Buying Assistant at Boots UK and has also served in various sourcing and merchandising positions. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a first-class honor from The University of Manchester.
