Dr. Thomas Peuntner is currently the Global Human Resources Director for the Agriculture and Turf Division at John Deere, a position held since 2023. From 2009 to 2011, they progressed through various roles within John Deere, including Global HR Director for Europe, Near and Middle East, and CIS, as well as Industrial Relations Manager. Their career began at BASF, where they served as Leiter Grundsatzfragen Personal Standort Ludwigshafen, starting as an assistant to the Global President of HR. Dr. Peuntner holds a doctorate in economics from the University of Mannheim and a Diplom-Kaufmann in business administration from the University of Muenster.
