Mark Chan is a self-driven semiconductors professional with over 20 years of experience in front-end silicon wafer fabrication and back-end wafer level packaging. Currently serving as Senior Director - Test and Product Engineering at Infineon Technologies, Mark has previously held senior roles at ams AG and STATS ChipPAC Ltd., where they successfully led teams in new product qualifications and yield enhancements.
