Razvan Brodeala is an experienced R&D Director with a strong background in engineering and project leadership. Razvan began their career as a Systems Engineer at Honeywell Process Solutions and later completed an internship in Automatic Control Engineering at S_IND Process Control. They have held various roles at SII Romania, including Technical Team Lead and Embedded Software Engineer, contributing to notable projects in collaboration with major clients such as Thales Avionics and Thales Alenia Space. Currently, at Infineon Technologies, Razvan serves as Senior Engineering Manager, leading the Test Solution Development team while implementing agile methodologies to enhance cross-functional collaboration. Razvan holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master's degree in Engineering from Universitatea „Politehnica” din București.
