I am a seasoned academic and customer advocate with a strong background in marketing, customer management strategies, and analytics. I hold a Ph.D. in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, an MBA in Marketing from JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the same institution.

In my academic career, I have served as an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli and at the Jagdish Sheth School of Management, Bengaluru. I have also worked as an Assistant Post-Doctoral Fellow at MICA, Ahmedabad, and as a Visiting Faculty at Doon Business School, Dehradun.
