Ritesh Menon is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as SVP & Business Head for North America at Incture Technologies since January 2010. In this role, Ritesh is responsible for P&L, program planning, leadership hiring, business development, and sales strategy. Ritesh also contributes to the advisory board and is part of the global executive management team. Previously, Ritesh held positions as a Business Manager and BPM Solution Architect at Incture Technologies, focusing on the design and delivery of enterprise processes. Prior experience includes serving as a Development Specialist at SAP Labs, where Ritesh worked on core applications in SAP NetWeaver Solution Manager and customer issue resolution. Ritesh began a career in technology as a Software Engineer at Caritor Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from Anna University Chennai, complemented by education from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.
