Joao Santos is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at ICF since August 2025. Previous experience includes a tenure at NextEra Energy, Inc., where roles spanned from Business Analyst I to Business Services Leader between April 2021 and August 2025. Prior to that, Joao worked at Perdue Farms as a Continuous Improvement Manager and Intern from July 2018 to July 2020. Joao's early professional involvement included leadership as a Project Leader for Enactus and participation as a Student Athlete in Men's Volleyball at Coker University, where significant achievements included serving as Team Captain and being named Coker Athlete of the Year. Joao earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Management and Marketing from Coker University in 2019.
