Wayne Howell is the Vice President of Design and Engineering at IBM, where they oversee the design and development of advanced microprocessors and systems. A member of the Technology Leadership Team, Wayne focuses on leadership development and innovation within IBM's technical team. They have held various roles in semiconductor development, manufacturing, and microelectronics, previously serving as VP of Product Engineering and Strategic Partnership Executive at IBM. Wayne holds a PhD and MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University.
