DERKIA PERALTA, MPA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration. Currently, DERKIA serves as a Member of the Customer Sharing Movement, engaging with a community of Workday customers to share knowledge and experiences. Previous roles include Regional Director of Administration at The Institute for Family Health and HRIS positions at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, WVW, and ChenMed, where responsibilities encompassed talent management and system administration. Since August 2025, DERKIA has been the Associate Director HRIS at IBM, leading the enterprise HRIS function and overseeing a team to ensure effective governance and system optimization. DERKIA holds a Master of Public Administration in Healthcare Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Pace University.
