Steve Weinert serves as the Tax Director at Humana since August 2023, leading the corporate tax function. Previously, Steve held various tax leadership roles at ProQuest from November 2010 to May 2023, culminating in the position of Tax Director following the acquisition by Clarivate Plc. Prior to ProQuest, Steve was a Senior Tax Manager at Borders Group, Inc., managing US corporate income tax filings and serving as the primary contact for financial statement auditors. Additional experience includes roles at Tower Automotive, The Rehmann Group, and Plante Moran, where Steve developed expertise in tax compliance, planning, and technology solutions. Steve holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Grand Valley State University, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
