Sarah Fleming DNP, MBA, RN, NE-BC is currently the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Houston Methodist, having previously served as the Associate Chief Nurse Officer at Houston Methodist The Woodlands from 2019 to 2025. From 2014 to 2019, Sarah held roles including Nurse Manager for Medical/Surgical and Director of Acute Care Services at Houston Methodist. Prior to that, Sarah worked as a Registered Nurse at St. Luke’s in Houston from 2009 to 2013, where they managed nursing teams and participated in quality improvement initiatives. Sarah earned a degree from Baylor University between 2012 and 2014.
