Liam Moloney is an accomplished professional currently serving as Regional Commercial Manager and Project Commercial Manager at H&MV Engineering since May 2018, overseeing major datacentre and substation projects across multiple voltage levels and connections. With experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Liam has worked on significant infrastructure projects in Sweden, Norway, The Netherlands, and Ireland, developing expertise in contract management, risk assessment, and financial forecasting. Prior to H&MV Engineering, Liam held a role in underwriting at XL Catlin, where responsibilities included broker communication and claims administration. Liam holds an MSc in Global Finance & Banking from King's College London, a Certified Insurance Practitioner qualification, and a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Limerick.
