Jacob Williams currently serves as General Manager III at Hertz, overseeing over 170 employees at the Nashville Airport since October 2013. Prior to this role, Jacob held various management positions within Hertz, including General Manager, Area Manager, and Location Manager in Franklin, Tennessee, where relationship building and employee development were key focuses. Earlier experience includes a Cart Attendant role at Stones River Country Club, enhancing customer satisfaction through teamwork, and serving as an Event Specialist at Advantage Sales & Marketing, where strong product knowledge and people skills were vital. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Behavior Science from Middle Tennessee State University, earned in 2013.
