Justin Mogavero currently serves as the Regional Operations Manager at Growth Properties Hospitality Management since April 2025. Prior to this role, Justin held various general management positions, including General Manager at Madison Resorts (February 2023 - May 2025), The Henlopen Hotel (February 2021 - July 2022), The Reeds at Shelter Haven (May 2016 - January 2021), Golden Inn Hotel & Conference Center (September 2013 - April 2016), and Virginia Hotel (September 2008 - September 2013). Additionally, Justin began a career in hospitality as the Front Office Manager at Congress Hall Hotel, Cape Resorts Group (May 2007 - September 2008). Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food & Beverage Management from Johnson & Wales University, attained between 1999 and 2003.
