Tracy Gautreau has extensive experience in educational operations and leadership, currently serving as the Director of Go-To-Market Operations at Great Minds since September 2016. Prior to this role, Tracy worked for the Ascension Parish School Board, first as a Teacher from August 2009 to June 2014 and then as a District Instructional Coach from August 2014 to June 2017. Tracy holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of West Florida and has pursued graduate studies in Educational Leadership and Administration at Southeastern Louisiana University.
