Currently serving as Chief Tax Officer at Grant Thornton Advisors LLC, Carr establishes and implements overarching tax strategies while collaborating with senior leadership. Previously, Carr held key positions including Vice President of Taxation at ICBD Holdings and Senior Director at iRobot, where they successfully managed tax operations for significant acquisitions and optimized corporate tax compliance. Carr holds an MBA and a BBA from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant in Ohio.
