Yinni Guo is a Staff User Experience Researcher at Google, where they lead UX research for various products, including Generative AI on Gmail and Google Analytics. In addition to their role at Google, Yinni serves on the editorial boards of the Human Factors and Ergonomics in Manufacturing & Service Industries and the International Journal of Human-Computer Interaction. Their past experience includes positions as a Senior Human Factors Engineer at Intel Corporation and as a User Experience Designer at Laserfiche. Yinni holds multiple degrees from Purdue University, including a PhD in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on Human Factors and Human-Computer Interaction.
