Jason Hessing is a UX leader and practitioner with a robust background in driving product innovation and enhancing user experiences. They have founded UX research functions and managed high-performing teams across multiple organizations, including SUPERVALU and Healthwise. Currently serving as a Lead User Experience Researcher at HP, Jason promotes collaboration and insight generation to facilitate effective product development. They hold a BS in Business Management with a focus on Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University and a degree in Instructional Systems Technology, specializing in Human-Computer Interaction from Indiana University Bloomington.
