Marten Engblom is an engineering leader and software architect with over 25 years of experience in building and managing engineering teams. Between 2013 and 2020, they served as VP of Engineering at FULLBEAUTY Brands, overseeing multiple agile teams and architecting key eCommerce systems. Prior to that, Marten held the position of VP of Engineering at Arkadium and has contributed significantly to various organizations, including Spotify from 2020 to 2023, where they led teams in Financial Engineering. Marten earned an M.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from both KTH Royal Institute of Technology and UC Irvine.
