Steven Gurtin is the Executive Director of Software Engineering at the Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, where they oversee software development initiatives. Previously, Steven served in the United States Air Force from 2012 to 2018, working in Command Post/Emergency Management. In addition, they held the position of Vice President at the 927th ARW Junior Enlisted Advisory Council from 2013 to 2016, representing over 1,500 junior enlisted members. Steven’s earlier roles include working as an Oracle Application Engineer and Site Reliability Engineering Manager at various organizations, showcasing a robust background in technology and leadership. They earned a degree in Management Information Systems from the Community College of the Air Force from 2012 to 2014.
