Daniel Phelps is the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Talent Acquisition and People Analytics at Genesys, where they have built an international team to support the company’s growth and transformation into a cloud-based technology leader. They have over 15 years of HR leadership experience across multiple industries, significantly increasing Genesys' workforce from 1,800 to over 6,500 employees. Daniel has also held positions including Human Resources Manager at the Wikimedia Foundation and Vice President of People at Travana, where they focused on building HR infrastructure and promoting diversity and inclusion. Currently, they serve as an Executive Member at HIGHER Community.
