Oliwia Berdak is the Senior Director for Research Development and Data Strategy at ALM, a position held since 2026. Previously, Oliwia served as the VP Research Director and London Office Leader at Forrester, where they led research efforts in Financial Services and Digital Business. Oliwia began their academic journey as a Doctoral Researcher at University College London and has also worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Edinburgh. Their experience includes roles as an Analyst and Principal Analyst at Forrester Research and Euromonitor International, respectively.
