Twisha Dasgupta is a seasoned professional in Human Resources, currently serving as a Manager of Human Resource Training at Firstsource since September 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist at Phillips Carbon Black Limited from July 2018 to August 2020 and as a Human Resources Generalist at Future Group India from January 2017 to July 2018. Twisha holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management and Services from Amity University Kolkata, completed between 2015 and 2017, as well as a BBA in the same field from the Institute of Engineering and Management, earned from 2011 to 2014. Educational background also includes completing CBSE +2 at Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro Steel City and ICSE in Commerce at Bishop Westcott Girls School, Ranchi (Namkom).
