Santosh Subramaniam is currently an Associate Director at Firstsource since November 2021. Prior to this role, Santosh served as a Delivery Manager at Conduent from January 2016 to October 2021 and at Xerox from January 2015 to December 2016, focusing on the delivery aspects of tolling projects, ensuring effective execution and minimizing defects. Santosh was a Solution Architect at Covalense from November 2013 to December 2014, specializing in telecom consulting and product evaluation, and a Manager of Projects at Cognizant Technology Solutions from November 2010 to November 2013, where responsibilities included CRM implementation in the telecom sector. Earlier experience includes a role as Lead Consultant at ITC Infotech in 2010 and a Project Manager position at IBM Global Business Services from December 2007 to April 2010, working with major telecom companies. Santosh holds an MS in Telecom and Software Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a B.E. in Civil Engineering from the Vellore Institute of Technology.
