Pankaj Kapoor currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy, Investor Relations & ESG at Firstsource since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Analyst at CLSA focusing on the Indian IT services and software sectors from May 2020 to July 2023, and as Executive Director at JM Financial and Standard Chartered Securities, where Pankaj provided institutional equity research and advisory to global investors from April 2015 to July 2023 and October 2010 to February 2015, respectively. Prior to these roles, Pankaj held various positions including Assistant Director at RBS, Group Manager & Head of Strategic Planning at Infosys, and Asst. Manager - Corporate Strategy at Tata Consultancy Services. Pankaj began a career in industry research as an Industry Research Analyst at INFAC, with a focus on the Internet Services and Software sectors. Academic qualifications include a PGDM in Strategy and Finance from T.A.Pai Management Institute and a B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Lucknow.
