Andrew Ko is currently the Head of Group Strategy at Aware Super, having started in 2024. Previously, Andrew held several key positions, including Head of Strategy at Australian Retirement Trust (2022-2024), Head of Financial Strategy at Telstra (2017-2021), and Director of Corporate Strategy at Optus (2015-2017). Andrew's career began in investment banking with roles at Lazard, Commonwealth Bank, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and RBS. Andrew has been recognized as Executive of the Year in Superannuation for 2025 and was a finalist for Industry Thought Leader of the Year in 2026. Andrew is currently pursuing education at UNSW Australia.
