Solanke Damilare is a seasoned mobile engineer with extensive experience in leading mobile development projects across several prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Mobile Engineer at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. since February 2025, Damilare has successfully implemented onboarding experiences and developed seamless transaction features for the LIT mobile app. Prior experience at Polaris Bank Ltd. included leading a team in creating the VULTe 3.0 platform, integrating eNaira for enhanced digital currency transactions, and developing a comprehensive loan system for over one million users. Earlier roles at Smartware Solutions Ltd. and Cyberticks involved building mobile applications and significantly improving user experience through innovative design and coding practices.
