Aicha Aboukaram is currently the CEO of Tea on the Bridge and Principal CEO at Hey You, where they focus on business connections and market development. As a co-founder of The Forge, they support startups through incubation and mentoring. Additionally, Aicha serves as the Secretary General and a founding member of the Fédération Internationale de la Diaspora Marocaine, actively promoting economic and cultural ties between Morocco and Belgium. Aicha completed a DEUG in Business/Commerce in Belgium in 1989.
