Armelle Lagrange has extensive experience in public affairs, territorial relations, communication, and corporate social responsibility. They served as the Directrice des relations institutionnelles et de la communication for Projet Eole from 2014 to 2025, focusing on stakeholder engagement and environmental respect. Prior to that, Armelle held various roles at SNCF from 2008 to 2014, including Responsable des Relations Institutionnelles and Responsable politique managériale. Currently, they are the Secrétaire générale and Directrice des Affaires Publiques for Transilien SNCF Voyageurs. Armelle earned a DEA in Law from Université René Descartes (Paris V) from 1986 to 1992.
