Paul Rando is a seasoned Transfer Pricing Manager with a strong background in finance and international taxation. Currently serving at EY since October 2025, Paul has previously held the same title at BDO in Australia from October 2019 to September 2025, where Paul advanced through various roles including Assistant Transfer Pricing Manager and Senior Transfer Pricing Consultant. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Deakin University, completed in June 2023, and has pursued additional education in European business at ESSCA and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in 2022. Currently enrolled in the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Paul is working towards an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation.
