Stepan Breedveld is an accomplished executive with a strong background in leadership roles, including serving as CEO and Chairman of the Board at Ordina from 2011 to 2017. They later held the position of Senior Partner and Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer of ERIKS, overseeing international operations across 17 countries since 2020, while also chairing the Supervisory Board of Esprit ICT. Breedveld has been involved in various organizations, including a supervisory board role at Nederlands Dans Theater from 2015 to 2022. They hold master's degrees in Physics and Astronomy from Technische Universiteit Delft and in Business Economics from KU Leuven.
