Lars Frederiksen served as the CEO of Chr. Hansen Holding A/S from 2005 to 2013, where they contributed to significant value creation through strategic initiatives, including the successful sale to PAI Partners. They held various executive positions within the company and have extensive experience in global leadership and business development. Currently, Lars is a full-time board member across multiple Danish and European companies and serves as Chairman for Hjerteforeningen and the Matas A/S Board of Directors. Educated with a Master of Science in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, Lars has a proven track record of managing organizations, driving growth, and optimizing operational efficiencies.
