Shelly DeVore is currently the Talent & Organizational Development Director at EnergySolutions. Prior to their current role, Shelly worked at Duke Energy Corporation as a Fleet Initial Chemistry Training Program Lead and Technical Training Supervisor. Before that, Shelly was with Exelon Nuclear where Shelly held positions such as Engineering Instructor and Site Communications Manager. Shelly holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
