Caroline Pintal, M.Sc, MBA, is currently the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Groupe Deschênes. They previously served as Manager in Organizational and Talent Development at BOMBARDIER, where they designed and deployed various strategies related to leadership development and employee engagement. Caroline has also worked as an Organizational Change Consultant at Deloitte Canada and facilitated training in the manufacturing industry. They hold a Master of Business Administration from HEC Montréal and a Master of Science in Organizational Development from the Université de Montréal.
