Olivia Grimes Nichols is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Director of Corporate Compliance and Director of Legal at Edwards Lifesciences since January 2025. Prior to this role, Olivia held various positions within the Edwards Lifesciences IHFM unit, including Sr. Director of Legal Affairs, following the acquisition of Endotronix in 2024, and positions such as Director of Legal Affairs, Director of Finance and Administration, and Operations Manager. Earlier in the career, Olivia gained experience as an Immigration Assistant at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP from 2001 to 2004.
