Debbie Hearns is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in the legal sector. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications at D.C. Bar since August 2025, Debbie has previously held notable positions at Hogan Lovells, including Global Director of Marketing & Business Development and Head of Marketing & BD and Practice Management for multiple practice groups. From July 2012 to June 2016, Debbie acted as the Marketing Director at Sidley Austin LLP and held the role of Senior Manager for Marketing & Communications at Wiley Rein LLP from June 2003 to July 2012.
