Michael Cherner is currently the Head of Data Science & Engineering at digikoo GmbH, where they lead efforts to digitize energy companies and municipalities to achieve climate goals. Previously, they served as a Senior Data Scientist at The Adecco Group and as a lead data scientist at digikoo GmbH. Michael holds a Master of Science in Quantitative Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, both from Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, and completed an Erasmus semester in Combined Engineering at the University of Glasgow. Their work experience also includes roles at IBM, Q_PERIOR, and as a wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft at Christian-Albrechts-Universität.
