Hayley Carlotto is currently the Head of Data Science & AI Engineering at MassMutual, where they lead advanced data-driven initiatives in Technology, Enterprise Services, and Security. Previously, Carlotto held roles including Lead Data Scientist and Data Scientist at MassMutual, where they developed algorithms and predictive models, mentored junior team members, and disseminated findings to non-technical audiences. They also contributed as a Researcher at the Traffic Safety Research Program, analyzing crash-related data, and gained teaching experience as a Grader and Teaching Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Carlotto holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science, as well as a Master of Science in Computer Science, both from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
