Previously, they served as Divisional Safety Director at Shirley Contracting Company and as Safety Manager at Clark Construction, where they ensured compliance with safety standards and managed training programs. Aaron also worked as an Oil and Gas Risk Management Specialist at Travelers Oil & Gas and held multiple leadership positions at Deep Well Services, ultimately serving as VP of Operational Excellence. They are passionate about continual improvement, collaboration, and the development of effective business processes. Aaron earned their degree from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
