Ivan Fantin serves as the Vice President and Global Head of Operational Excellence at A.P. Møller Maersk, where they design and implement The Maersk Way to enhance operational excellence across the organization. They have held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at LivaNova and Global Quality Leader at GE Renewable Energy. In addition to their corporate experience, Ivan contributes as a Contract Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at ESCP Europe Business School. Ivan earned a Master’s degree from the University of Milan and holds multiple professional certifications, including Lean Master Black Belt and Project Management Professional. Ivan is also an author, having published works on Applied Problem Solving methodology.
