Rade's educational background includes a Master's degree from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, and executive programs at prestigious institutions such as INSEAD and HEC Paris. Rade's extensive experience in the construction materials industry spans over a decade, emphasizing sustainable practices and strategic growth.
