Duncan Micallef is the Global Head of Total Rewards at Coupang, bringing 30 years of experience in HR and Total Rewards roles across leading global companies. Duncan has held various positions, including SVP and Global Head of Total Rewards at PepsiCo and HR Manager at Shell and Royal Mail. Currently, Duncan serves as a Guest Lecturer at Columbia Business School and is a member of the Compensation Advisory Council for WorldatWork. Duncan's educational background includes advanced studies at Columbia Business School and The Wharton School, along with an MBA from the University of South Wales.
