David Howe is a seasoned professional with 35 years of operational and exploration experience across North, Central, and South America. They served as the VP of Operations and Country Manager at Endeavour Silver Corp from 2007 to 2016, overseeing multiple mining operations and significantly improving production and safety. From 2016 to 2019, David was the VP and Managing Director at Minera San Rafael, where they led operations at one of the world's largest silver mines. Currently, they hold the position of General Manager at Cornish Metals Inc., having previously been the VP of Mining Operations for Pan American Silver Corp. David earned a BSc Hons and MSc in Mining Geology from Camborne School of Mines in 1988.
