Dwight Mawoko is currently the Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Cornish Metals Inc., a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as a Planned Maintenance Engineer at Lonmin Platinum and held various roles including Section Leader at Barrick Gold Corporation and Asset Care Engineer at Sibanye-Stillwater. Dwight began their engineering career at Hwange Colliery Company and gained further experience in mining and process plant engineering at ICL Boulby from 2020 to 2025. They earned a Master’s degree from the University of Pretoria between 2017 and 2019, following a Bachelor of Science from the University of Zimbabwe, completed in 2003.
