Jey V. serves as the R&D Engineering Director at ConvaTec, overseeing early innovation, new product development, new product introduction, life cycle management, and plant engineering management since May 2019. Prior to this role, Jey V. held the position of Technology/Engineering Manager at BD, focusing on new product development for medical devices, and served as an Engineering/Technical Leader at Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies. Jey V. also contributed as a Senior Engineer/Technical Project Lead at Philips Healthcare in R&D industrialization for medical devices. Jey V. holds an MBA from Northumbria University and is pursuing advanced degrees in healthcare and design at Imperial College London and biomedical engineering at Brunel University of London, alongside a postgraduate diploma in Polymer Science & Engineering. A bachelor's degree in science was earned from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University.
